My name is Martin Hjalmarsson. Compositing and retouch are my specialties and I'm driven by the challenge of erasing the boundary between what is real and what is fantasy. I'm a full-time freelance computer graphics artist with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Graphics at Luleå University of Technology as my base of knowledge.
My portfolio from university took me to the visual effects company Framestore in London. There I worked as a compositor on movies like Harry Potter and Sherlock Holmes. Since then I've worked on a number of films at companies such as Double Negative and Moving Picture Company.
After a period in London I moved to my current location, the city Örebro in Sweden. From here I offer services like retouch, compositing and 3d graphics, always with the goal of creating excellent images for film and still images. In Sweden I'm "registered for F-tax", so I can of course work as a consultant on your company.
